Getting out of test mode
I have a problem. My integration won't get out of test mode even after a couple of successful tests

Hi. Have you contacted Paynow support to request changing your integration to live mode? They’ll verify that your tests were successful and put your integration into live mode after that

Assuming you are using 3rd party intergration go to
https://www.paynow.co.zw/ShoppingCart/Index. On your existing ticket click the edit button (circled in red in the picture)
That should bring up you intergration details . Bottom of the page is the "Request to be live " button. Click that and support will be alerted
