API error . Paynow printting False Code

iam having errors with the paynow API

Problem ndiyo iyo
When user performs a mobile checkout, mari inobuda mu acc but paynow api is returning False

Proof:
If u go ku paynow acc, pa view transactions and search for Paid transactions, inobuda iri paid
And if u search pa failed transactions, inobuda futi iri failed

Well, its still not returning something that shows that amount went thru

Hi @will may you provide the Paynow reference for the transaction that has both failed and Paid status

-Thank you for the screenshot , please note Paynow does not return a "FALSE"or “TRUE” as statuses may you log and share the raw response from Paynow
