Cannot accept the payment at this time

We are trying to test the payment after activated for production. But when redirect to paynow and logged in successfully a message was shown as ‘Company name’ cannot accept the payment at this time. The message appearing suddenly before we are able to see the payment options in the paynow page. We hope some settings changed in paynow system against our integration id.Can anyone advise on this issue?

Please note to make test transaction to Paynow when your integration is in Test Mode, you need to use your registered Paynow email address as Auth email. If you are trying to make a live transaction please make sure your integration is live.
