Ecocash-ZiG api responding with an error after calling it

the api seems to be throwing a response with an error upon calling it initiating an ecocash zig transaction

I am using rtgs integration_id and integration_key

perhaps I need to switch to new id & key?

upon further investigation, it seems ecocash usd is compromised as well
