Online store: payment accepted but notification does not arrive

Hello,
Just like in title, payment accepted and noticed in account, but notification to my online store didnt arrive or maybe arrive but the order has not changed status to paid.

I use opencart 3.0.3.1. I had the same problem with PayPal but i set link encoding to utf-8 just like my store and works.

Is this the same problem ?
Should i set something in bank page ?

Hi @t.majkowski. What order status do you get on the order and are you running your store on a server or on your local machine?
