I have received an email that i have be succeffulyy verified as paynow merchant , using the integration keys provided im getting an error that says the App is in test mode , the keys are in test mode , even though as fully verified , I tried creating new shop to receive new keys but its still saying the account is in test mode

Kindly confirm that you have requested the integration to be set live and have performed at least two successful test transactions. If you have requested to set live and have not gotten a response kindly contact Paynow support on whatsapp with the integration Id

When you are happy that you have completed integration go back to the Integration Keys section and click [Request to be Set Live]. Paynow support will check you have performed at least one successful test transaction and set you to live. Once you are set live you will begin receive payment from your select Payment Methods.
