Payment status shows awaiting delivery after complete order in woocommerce

I am using wordpress paynow plugin for getting payment, but order above $1000 are automatically saved in awaiting delivery.

when order are completed, but paynow payment status are not changed from Awaiting-delivery to Paid,
Is there any solution for how to update paynow payment status.

I am also using PHP-SDK for getting custom payments, is there any functions for change paynow payment satatus?
