Paynow Orders Not Completing in WordPress but Going Through at the backend

Hello Team,

I have a website using the Paynow Plugin. The Payments can execute and complete successfully using ecocash, etc but they are not completing on the site. The Site has passed all hite health checks (WordPress builtin Checks). I have, at some point seen an error mentioning a timeout of some sort.

Hi @xh05tSh8d0w, is this happening on a live server or on a local machine?

This is happening on a production server.
