I have been to your Whatsapp number, Twitter and Facebook trying to figure out why it takes 3+ weeks between your settlement and me receiving funds in my valid configured bank account using your payment gateway. I’m at awe at how difficult it is to get a convincing response. I got something along the lines of unverified accounts take longer etc, but surely verified or not, funds should credit merchants at most T+5 from when you guys settle. Just thought I’d highlight this somewhere since no one else on your other platforms cares to listen. Hopefully at some point your business side will be more approachable. Until then i’ll be using an alternative payment method on my service.
