I"m getting: “There was an issue processing your payment. Try again or use a different payment method.” when testing Paynow in the Shopify app at checkout. Iam still in testing mode. I followed the instructions here: https://apps.shopify.com/paynow-zw 4 and double checked the Integration ID and Key and nothing is working.

I entered the integration key and id, toggled on test mode followed instructions in the video but the error persists

Could you please complete at least one successful test transaction using the email you used to sign up for your Paynow account, along with the test phone numbers provided in the attached link and then request for it to be set live: https://developers.paynow.co.zw/docs/test_mode.html.

Can a test transaction be completed by non-verified merchants? As i can see on the test transaction the payment methods available are Visa and MasterCard which are only available for verified merchants.
Yes, please note that test transactions can be done by non-verified merchants. Kindly try again using the email you used to sign up for your Paynow account. If it fails again, please send us the integration ID that you are using via WhatsApp at +263 719 900 809
