Shopify Integration Error: There was an issue processing your payment

I"m getting: “There was an issue processing your payment. Try again or use a different payment method.” when testing the Shopify app. I followed the instructions here: https://apps.shopify.com/paynow-zw and double checked the Integration ID and Key and nothing is working.

I also tried to request for live and no email feedback came.

The Shopify App Form is also confusing, it has both test and live credentials required, so I just ended up entering the same test credentials for both.

Please assist.

Below is the error with your integration
"Error initiating payment: The integration ID is in test mode, so if authemail is specified then it must match the merchants registered email address "

Kindly use your Paynow registered email when checking out on Shopify. Once your integration is live you can use any customer email.
