Some emails are accepted while other are not : initiate payment(Java)

I have 3 registered users within my system. One of the email is able to initiate payment, meaning when l want to proceed with payment, an error is being returned : An error occurred while initiating payment. Please try again. 2 users are failing to initiate payment while the other is able to initiate payment.

Hi @maseko

Please ensure that you are using your registered email address as the auth email if your integration is still in test mode. Also, kindly share the complete error message returned by Paynow.
