it requires Merchant ID and Key local and usd yet i only have one for each

Hello good peolpe. Today i was intergrating my Paynow with website.
After doing that i tried to make a payment. The payment shows that it was successfull and decuted money in my account, but infortunatly it was not credited to my paynow account. So can you help were did that money go, should i wait or there is something wrong with my paynow account
