3rd Party Shopping cart integration

I have a website with products cart that I need to integrate with Paynow for payment processing. is it possible to use Paynow payment page without requesting customer to enter email/login to Paynow? What is required to achieve this and is there any activation requests that I need to send to Paynow? I have enabled 3rd party shopping cart and received the customer ID and API keys but my developer is saying we cannot avoid the Paynow email login.
