I am trying to integrate paynow with my application, test mode is working correctly but production its not

I am getting this error 2025-07-30 00:39:20] local.ERROR: Paynow mobile payment creation failed {“user_id”:4,“amount”:0.1,“phone”:“263778669677”,“error”:“Invalid Hash. Hash should start with: D5461F”}

this is the hashing method I used from docs, its giving me the same response

I have tried using the paynow sdk so that it does hashing on its own but the same issue
