Hi there, this is a rather generic connection error that happens on pretty much all networks from time to time and unfortunately cannot be permanently solved. Please try again and if the error persists, please send (privately, via direct message) the details of your last attempt i.e. amount, reference, integration id etc., network you were on, date and time as well as whether you’re behind any firewall(s)/VPNs when you make the request.
