Payment denied message

The issues I am having is when my application redirects to pay now and the user enters their card details the is a payment denied message

this happens with cards from zimbabwe, ive tried with a southafrican visa card and it work perfertly fine

what could be the problem

@bekithembamatshazi hi. That sounds like an operational problem rather than code / integration. Try to contact Paynow customer support where you can share your Paynow transaction reference for them to assist.
